 alto clartinet tuning

i was wondering if anyone knows what notes i would use to tune an Alto clarinet EX: in a Bb yoiu use open G for F and you use C for Bb. so what notes do i use to tune to F and Bb on an alto clarinet

you'd use D for F and G for Bb...a minor third lower than the concert pitch
