 How do you read the fingering charts?

I'm new to the flute and I'm trying to learn how to play various scales.. but I'm not sure exactly how to read the fingering charts. When it says "T 123|123B" what does it mean exactly? Any help is appreciated

look after that numbers and you'll see.the numbers is your fingers.1,2,3 from right and left hand.
