when i play my on my saxophone, i get some strange highfrequency-noise and i can't play the lowest tones without going up one octave.
am i sucking or is it something with the sax that i should fix?

If you can play the higher notes in the low octave G, A, B, then there is nothing wrong with your octave key. If you can play the notes D, E, F in the upper octave, then there is nothing wrong with these keys so you should be able to play them an octave lower. The lowest notes of all (C, B, Bb) are the hardest and if you can't reach them it could be something wrong with the sax but is more likely just your embouchure.

not 0only should you relax your embechore more just practice those notes without going low then when you know you have a good embochure for those move to the lower ones. not so much as to relax the jaw but to drop it as if saying dough in a low vioce. once you get accostummed to playinmg these notes it will be much easier to play and you wont have to move your embechure and jaw so much. Hope this helps.
