Yamaha for sure, I have a Yamaha PSR-GX76 (76 for the number of keys), I have seen a new yamaha keyboard that came out recently...i don't know it name but it is silver and it looks really cool :D! Mine is black. The new one might have a place to stick floppy disks in, if it does DEFINATLEY get it!

by the way dom't get one w/ floppy disks space or whatever, you need MIDI input, the best way to link computers to keyoard heather, your refering to an old keyboard

no, i'm just D, yeah MIDI with a laptop can do everything, so u just have the computer as hardware and use software to do everything instead of lots of stuff around. with midi u need a mic, a keyboard, an amp and a computer. u can record and do everythign else with programs

The more I think about it, a year ago we bought a system for our computer so we can hook up my keyboard since it does have midi and create songs and such.
