Which is a better case a plastic or wood one? (clarinet)

Wood is generally higher quality (and more expensive) but I don't see any REAL advantages to it. Plastic is more durable, and probably more suitable for a student your age. I would stick with a plastic case for now and get a wooden one later if you prefer.

wood is much better for tone quality, durability, and sound quality by far. If you are just begining buy a plastic then move to wood!

WOOD NO MATTER WHAT but if ur talking about a clarinet case and not teh actual clarinet which i was confused about by wording, get plastic, its more druable
