Go to a band music/instrument store and buy it. Most of the more popular pieces like this one are available. It would violate copyright for someone to make and send you a copy. If they wish to mail you their original without keeping a copy for themselves, that would also be ok.

to start you off it's in concert pitch F major. In concert pitches' it goes- F F F F E F-F E F G A G-F F F F E F-F C(long C) and repeats then it goes off to the chorus which I can't remember w/o a piano or music in front of me! lol! And that should start you off!

its not violating copyright if you don't perform with the music in any format that involves money

D, you are wrong. It is violating copyright to copy the music, unless you already own the music and are copying it for your own personal use. For example, if you have the music in a book and find it more convenient to perform it from a sheet, you are legally entitled to copy the piece and play from the copy.

Copyright...literally means "the right to copy." If you don't have a copyright on a piece of music, you don't have the right to copy it! (Except of course Gnomon's previously stated exception.)
