On a sheet of music I have a C flat!! What is a C flat and how do I finger it on a piccolo or flute? I play both.

C flat (Cb) is a half step or semitone below C (C natural). C flat is a B, and fingered the same as a B.

A C Flat is the same thing as a B Natural. The way you finger it is by hitting your regular left thumb key(not the Bb one, the other one) and your first finger on your left hand(or the key you use to play a C). I hope I helped you!
