 most disappointing musical

Ever really loved a musical until you finally got the chance to play in it ... and it didn't quite live up to it?
For me it has to be West Side Story... still love the movie but just didn't enjoy being in the pit (I was playing the bassoon part, not one of the multi-multi woodwind parts!)

anyone else?

Generally the musicals I don't like playing are musicals I don't like, period.
