What books are you using for sax, clarinet and flute?
I'm currently using "The Universal Method" by DeVille for sax, "Velocity Studies" by Oppermann for clarinet, and "Complete Daily Exercises" by Trevor Wye for flute.
Until recently I used "Rubank Advanced Method" for sax, "Gustave Langenus Clarinet Method" and "Rubank Advanced Method" for flute. The only reason I changed is because I recently relocated and left these books behind.
As for the new books it's probably too early for me to say whether they are better than what I was using before. I can say that DeVille's book is huge. Some of the exercises in Wye's book are long. I like the format in Oppermann's books the best. The exercises aren't too long and it is not too voluminous. He even has recommended speeds for each exercise.

Not sure about Flute or Sax stuff. On clarinet I currently work out of several different books: Rose 40 and 32 (my sightreading and minor technical/musical faclity excersizes), Klose (I only use this book sporadically), Pares Scale Book, Orchestral Excerpts from the Symphonic Repertoire Volumes 1 & 2 (I think there are 7 or 8 volumes with excerpts of many major clarinet parts from various popular pieces), in addition to working on several solos (Mozart K622, Weber Concertino, Debussy Rhapsody).

I use Galper method with beginning clarinet students.. Tends to build confidence in their playing because it keeps them in the low range for quite some time. As students reach HS, they graduate from Galper into a bit of Rose, Baermann and Langenus

I also don't know about sax and flute but I use Orchestral Excerpts From the Symphonic Repertoire Volume one. My favorite in the book is probably The Firebird.

Are you asking about books for teaching or books to use to help with your doubling?
While any of the standard method books are probably good, my main problem with doubling (as an amateur doubler) is to just have enough time to maintain doubles. Consequently, I find that I spend a lot of time running scales and scale patterns, and doing long-tones.
My own favorites books are Rubank Selected Studies and Ferling for sax and oboe, Rose for clarinet, and Brook and Andersen for flute. I also really like the Taffanal and Gaubert daily exercises for flute (and I think these are as good to play on clarinet and oboe as they are on the flute.)
