...I think I've got more than my fair share of wealth and health, but I certainly wouldn't reject a nice filled double case like the one in the attachment. <drool>

I'd love a new oboe not a second hand one (which I love) and also a Cor Angalsi that plays in tune. Do you think I'm too late to send Santa my wish letter

Well, I'd love an English Horn, but I need to develop more expertise on my oboe first....but an English Horn would be super.
Also, I'd like to have the equipment for reed making, and someone to teach me how to make reeds.
Thanks, Santa.
Oh, not that I'm greedy or anything like that; but I'd love to play in
a woodwind group. They can be beginner to intermediate with someone to teach us.
What's this I hear? I can hear Santa laughing at a distance, "Ho, Ho, Ho."
Does that mean forget it, or does he have a wonderful surprise at Christmas.
Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah.

Hmm, if you don't mind the trip to Zurich once a week, we have what you're looking for. (And yes, we're looking for players and have our own school...)

Hey, Judy!
About a year and a half ago, I had the same desire. Living in a very rural area, there just wasn't any such thing. So . . . I started a woodwind quintet! We didn't have a french horn player, but we have a very versatile euphonium player who has managed to make his horn sound remarkably like a french horn.
We just got our first track put on CD ("Tin Pan Alley" - a medley of 20's tunes). I got my copy last night, finally! I can't put it up here, but if anyone wants to hear it, I think I could send you an mp3 file of it privately (my email is available -- click on my user name).
So, Judy, where there's a will, there's a way!
Susan

Oh Ben, I just can't make the trip every week. My private jet is getting just too old.
I really do envy you that opportunity to play with other student oboists.
Merry Christmas.

Susan,
I'd like to hear some of your pieces. Can you email them to me?
I hopefully will be playing with the Eugene Community Orchestra soon. Maybe the oboists and other woodwind musicians there have groups. It's a possiblity.
