The techniques described by Max B have also worked with some degree of success for me. To phrase the cause of the problem slightly differently, if the CENTER of the tip is too thin near the beginning of the heart (or the blend to the heart), then a fizz type of sound can occur. If the blending into the heart does not help, then you might also have to shorten the tip to correct the disproportionate thinness of the center of the tip.
