I would use a website like filefreak (http://www.filefreak.com/index.php). It just requires a simple registration which isn't important and hasn't spammed my email (anymore that it already is). It's pretty easy to upload smaller (less than 10k) mp3 files up there. Then you can just post the website address on the bboard!
