I don't know if there's a cor version of the Bach concerto, I have heard it played on oboe with the orchestra playing up a minor 3rd so the oboe part is still the same (and on a Classical radio station while I was in VA, though I didn't catch the oboist or orchestra that performed it), but I can't see any harm in transposing/rewriting the piano part all down a Major 3rd so the d'amore part is left unaltered.
