That wasn't my point. The point was he refused, even several emails after that, to explain specifically what is more accurate. The dimensions? The way it was manufactured? The adjustments and how they fall? Etc. etc. etc. It is strange that for a man who is the only distributor of the machine, he isn't more helpful.
Yes, I understand about the difficulties of speaking English as a second language (my wife is a non-native speaker).
