OK; it sounds like the problem is with the key that you press down with your right hand pinky and not somewhere else.
The first explanation that comes to mind is that the needle spring underneath that key (the function of which is to return the key to the "up" position), has become "unhooked" from the little hook on the bottom of the key. Using a small screwdriver, you can hook the needle spring back up.
If there is no needle spring under the right hand Eb key, that is, if it has somehow broken off, you can perhaps, with the creative use of a rubber band, get the key to come back up like it should. That solution would be extremely difficult, at best, to describe in writing. If you want, give some guy who you have a crush on a call; tell him that he seems like the mechanically inclined type, and that you desperately need his help to jerry -rig your oboe. He will be flattered, and it will probably bolster his ego enough to ask you out on a date after this crisis is over. You two will live happy ever ever. Be sure to name your first child after me.
The other possibility is that the key mechanism is binding; that is, the key is just not rotating freely enough and is getting stuck. If, and only if, all the above solutions fail, there is one thing you can try, short of taking the oboe to a repair person. The Eb key part that you actually press with your finger is attached to a long tube which runs parallel to the oboe. If this tube is binding between the two posts that support it, you can try loosening the pivot screw in the bottom post a little bit. However, if this where the problem, I would expect that you would be experiencing a problem with your C# key also.
