Hi everyone,
I'm in Breckenridge, Colorado right now doing NRO (National Repertory Orchestra) at 9,800 feet above sea level, and my reeds DO NOT WORK!! I can't get anything to work at all...I've re-worked old reeds and tried making reeds from scratch, but nothing works. I am really at the end of my rope here, with 5 hours of frustrating rehearsal per day because nothing works!! Anyway, now that I have vented plenty, does anyone have any experience at what to do to reeds at high altitude?
