There's not a whole lot for this combination because it tends to sound thin and weak with no "bottom". If you add a pianist, you open up a whole realm of music for those three instruments, plus a bunch of piano + combination of two of the above.
If your clarinetist has a bass clarinet and doesn't mid transposing, you can get music for flute, oboe and bassoon.
