one thing I'm tempted to say is that the back of your reed was scraped too far. Usually the notes that suffer the most from the wood being removed from the back are the F-natural, F-sharp, and G-Natural in both the first and second octaves. If you make your own reeds, I would scrape until those notes are nice and centered.
