I am sure everything will be fine and that they will clear it all up. The problem was on their end and they should be able to fix the problem. Usually oboe places will charge like 10% or something and then it gets refunded when you return the oboe, but getting charged for the full amount seems insane. Call them tomorrow, explain what happened and see if they can give you some answers, if not drive in and let them have it.
