If you are interested in raw cane, you can call 1-800-348-5003 and ask for a free Woodwind/Brasswind catalog. Tell them to send you the Woodwind and not the brass catalog.
On page 110 is double reed supplies
Tube cane (10-11mm) price per pound is about $61 which is a lot of cane to make reeds if you have the tools and the time.
You can also get gouged and shaped (10 pieces) of cane for $11.75 and up. So the cost per reed can be about $2-$3 using the staples over and assuming you know how to work the reed into playing condition.

I'm sure there are a lot of other sites for tube cane. As I mentioned before the cane growing wild in the USA is not the best grade for reeds---the growing season is not quite right.
