 Yamaha 811 vs. 841

I'm considering buying a used Yamaha 811. My question is, is the 841 a lot better than the 811, or are they both still good?

Right now, I play on a 17-year old Fox 400 and I was hoping that a 4-year old Yamaha 811 would be better. I'm going to college next year, but I can't afford a brand new oboe at this time.
