 weird oboe

I have been playing oboe for about 2.5 years now. I have one that has no
brand name on it, only a "B" and then the bell says: "Sold by T.W. Howarth
& 02 London."
It has a whole different key system then normal oboes and no fingering
chart. If you have any information as to what brand, or anything really,
about this oboe, I would love to know more about it.
