Thomas,
Helo again, good question, Is this the semiquaver run in the Third movement ? This exact passage was something that was gone over a few times when I was at College ....
It is time for short fingerings on the oboe ! (I have also had them called "german" fingerings as they are often associated with oboes with Auto octaves).
The C# and D just normal fingerings follwed by
E'' - (3rd Octave) X X X G#/ 0 0 0 or (3rd Octave) 1/2 X X G#/ 0 0 0
F#'' - (3rd Octave) X 0 0 G#/ 0 0 0
G'' - (3rd Octave) X 0 0 G#/ X 0 0
Be sure to keep your airpressure "up" when playing these, I find the F#'' and G" with these fingerings not that stable when played alone, but in context of a D major or G major semi Quaver Passage they can work well.
