Me too. At first.
Save it to your hard drive, then play it from there. I don't think they have the links set up to play the files directly from the IDRS website. You have to Save them to somewhere first.
I've got Firefox, so I right-clicked on the MIDI link I wanted, told it "save link as", then saved it to the Desktop. Then I went to the Desktop, clicked on the "alb9_2a" icon, and Windows Media Player (which is my default media player) came on and started playing it.
