I've had good work done on student oboes by Minnesota State College, SE Technical, Band Instrument Repair. The address is 308 Pioneer Rd. Red Wing, MN 55066 Telephone 1-651-383-6300. They train band instrument repairpersons. A couple years ago when I dealt with them a knowledgable and helpful gentleman named Ken Cance was in charge of the program.
