In France, also Buffet-Crampon and Gérard Fossati make professional oboes.
In Germany, Püchner, Adler-Moennig and Mollenhauer make professional oboes. There are others german makers.
Patricola in Italy (as Bulgheroni) makes professional oboes also.
There is a maker in Australia, Tom Sparkes.

I guess these makers, except Patricola, are not very known in the american market
