Hi Chris P,

What about pheasant feathers sold in shops? Would they already have been treated or cleaned up?

I use a normal pull-through swab to dry my instruments but feathers are extermely useful for those few bars during a performance whern they is not enough time for a swab and the feather seem to disperse the water inside the bore and remove a potential water trail, does that make sense?
