Well,

An easy way that I've gone from D Eb it is to finger the D

1/2-hole 2 3, 2 C-key

~and then to go to an Eb all you have to do is put down the left hand Ab/G# key and there's your Eb.

so it goes from

1/2-hole 2 3 / 2 C-key

to

1/2-hole 2 3 Ab / 2 C-key

hope this help, it always sounds fine on my oboe. :)
