That's what the board is for---asking for assistance. Usually for new players playing for about 1 year, problems may include:

Tone and vibrato

Breathing problems; playing phrases

Reed problems and more reed problems

Problems with the mechanics of your instrument only a really good repair person can deal with.

Fingerings can still be a problem if your instrument lacks some "special keys". But you learn to live around these problems.
