Adult player. Skill level not determined by where you are at i.e. high school but by your abilities and the goals you set for yourself. What do you want to do on oboe? After grad school playing oboe I got derailled by Vietnam and close the path as amateur player. If you put your mind (with talent) to the task you can have skills at high school level or any level beyond your years.
