It depends on what level of playing you are aiming. Full conservatory system has all the options for better playing, as low B-C# trill, low C-C# conection, D#-E trill ring, G#-A trill, Ab-Bb trill, left hand F key and the third octave key. All these options are intended to improve your playing with well in tune trills and more fingerings for difficult passages.
basic models have a few or none of these options, even they lack sometimes the low Bb key.
And obviously, there is a matter of money between the two options.
