I damaged my right shoulder the other year and to aid recovery, I used a Quodlibet Fhred to take the weight off my right arm and shoulder whilst playing.
I can only recommend an RDG BHOB or an Ergobrass support which clips onto a ring soldered to the thumbrest - you might need to get a cor anglais thumbrest fitted if your oboe one doesn't have a ring on it.
Don't bother with a sling/neck strap as they don't take the weight off your right arm and do nothing for posture, unless you play American style with the bell between your knees.
