Just how the F sounds in this trill is a function of your instrument, your reed, and your support. As Chris mentioned, often the solution can be to use the thumb octave key and closed half-hole, or the thumb octave key and open half-hole....try both to see which feels/sounds best.
When I play this passage, I like to end the trill on the Eb, and if I maximize my support, the F comes out well enough on my Loree AK so that I don't have to use an alternate fingering.
Also, as Chris mentioned, I can see no reason to use the left Eb key to play this passage.
