You have to do the same thing in the Rhapsody in Blue solo...try a high C sharp (D flat) fingering, but hold down the G# key and trill on the index finger of your right hand (top tone-hole). I think that's how you do it...try that for now and I'll try to remember to try it out on the oboe ASAP.
