It will be an S2 - the stamp on the bell should read:

HOWARTH
& Co (the 'O' is smaller and underlined, so could look like a 2)
MAKER
LONDON
BRITISH MADE

or

T.W
HOWARTH
& Co (small underlined 'O')
LONDON
