Hello!
Just as the post topic says, I'm looking for a teacher. I'm live and work in the city of Seattle, and don't have a car, so Eastside would be a little tough.
It's been a few years since I played regularly. I'm looking for a teacher especially to help me with correcting bad habits I've developed over the years, like my horrendous embouchure. I'm currently not playing in any groups, but I'd like to join a community orchestra once I get back into it.

Best bet: Dayna Fisher (Edmonds)
retired oboe professor, B. Mus + Artist Diploma, Eastman
or Dayna's grandson Derek. Derek could possibly make a house call
for lessons in Seattle

Raoul,
I second Peter's recommendation. Dayna Fisher was my teacher until I moved to GA, and is an excellent teacher, who started me (old guy beginner) very well. She's a great lady, former principle oboe for the Alberta Symphony.
Derek is also excellent.
