You need to use fingerings for altissimo E, F and F# that use the G# key - but not the short fingerings as they don't employ the G# key when LH3 is raised. The G# key is linked to the 8ve mechanism and make sure the lower 8ve vent is open for altissimo when the G# key is held down.
The high F# can be played as high F and opening the uppermost of the two side key which is the Ab-Bb trill key (in a very similar way of getting a high F# on saxes without a high F# key by using the front F fingering and opening the side Bb key instead):
E - 8ve, oxxG#|oxxEb
F - 8ve oxoG#|oxxEb
F# - 8ve oxoG#| side Ab/Bb trill key, oxxEb
