The Schirmer book 'Solos for the English Horn' has a version of Henry Purcell's 'When I Am Laid In Earth' (or 'Dido's Lament' from the opera 'Dido and Aeneas') which can easily be adapted for oboe as it's originally a soprano aria.
Here's a video along with the sheet music - the aria starts at bar 10 (maybe leave out the recitative bars 1-9), Take into account this performance is at Baroque Pitch (415Hz as opposed to 440Hz - much to the confusion of the YouTube commenters) so it all sounds a semitone lower than what's written:
