There's Adam Shapiro, who is in Seattle. A Howarth dealer I believe and plays a Howarth EH. He's a pretty good reed maker too, but I don't know if he does it for others.

(Bob Morgan is EH in Lyric Opera of Chicago amongst other ensembles . Amazing player and reed maker and an official "Howarth Artist". Full disclosure -- he's my old teacher!)

I strongly suspect that bocal (crook) differences will swamp differences in Cor construction. Why are you looking for a Howarth player, in particular?
