Telemann plus Bach 147 plus Handel Water Music and a Handel organ concerto, all on an upcoming chamber concert. Rehearsals start Sunday night. I'm in a panic regarding the endurance, double tonguing and circular breathing required for this!!

After lots of reedwork and practice, I discovered that the instrument used makes a huge difference, too. Yesterday with my Loree Royale, I had a good practice day. Today with my backup Loree AK (non-Royale), it was a completely different story!! My double tonguing (many measures of "active" 16ths at quarter = 132) is really inconsistent. I'm very frustrated. And hoping for permission to slur!

Any words of wisdom or consolation?
