Particularly Middle E and F are affected by the integration line (otherwise known as the "lay") of the reed between the Tip and the Heart. If you're having specific difficulty upon these notes, change to a different style of reed. Otherwise, it might be your setup (i.e. embouchure, reeds, instrument.)
