Easy! High F is just upper octave A with the G#, half-hole and thumb (or 3rd) octave key. If you are fingering the Eb, just lift your G finger and the B key and add the RH G# key and octave key.
If you are playing high F by itself, it's all in the left hand - any right hand keys are left over from other fingerings are not necessary.
