It may cost more to restore those oboes than they are worth. One could first superficially clean the exterior with Q-tips and the interior with a swab or a glassware brush from a chemistry supply store. Those brushes have soft bristles with a small diameter section and a large diameter section, ideal for occasional overall oboe bore cleaning. Then they could be auctioned as is.
