Hi Simone

I have a problem with my wrist and fingers if i work hard physically.

While playing Oboe i newer had any problem with my wrist´s.

Only if i practice six hours I experience pains in my joint of the right hand thumb.

I belive the oboe is easy on the hands healtwise. Maybe others here could fill in their experiences healtwise with regards to their hands holding the instrument?
