I played the piccolo part last summer in orchestra - having played the band part more times than I can remember, the part seemed identical except that the orchestral part is in D major and the band in Eb major (and that it is MUCH easier to play that solo in D than Eb!)
I'm not sure how similar the oboe part is, but I bet it's close.
