I bet you'll get any number of suggestions, Drew.
As long as the reed is a little on the sharp side (and I tend to actually build them that way), I would 'dust' the heart, as well as the blend area on the lateral (reed edge) sides of the tip.
Piannissimo low notes can be tough if you want the high register stable and in tune. I would probably approach this problem by adjusting one particular reed for the purpose, rather than expect to get the result you want without changing other positive aspects of the reed.
