Likely made by Orsi (Milano) Italy.
Likely originally sold by Edmund Nielsen.
Nielsen also sold an Orsi model called "Royal"

I have had two Orsi English horns pass through the shop here so far
Both instruments were absolutely exquisite. Huge sound, huge resonance.
heaps of character, fairly free blowing, no wonky notes, excellent scale and even voicing. Key-work is very well crafted.

And a client in Vancouver has an Orsi "Royal" English horn
that is also "something to write home about"...

Some of the Orsi "stencil" English horn do not have left F key.
Costs about $500 to have a left F key retrofitted...
