Ive just inherited a Joseph Higham oboe I dont know anything about it, Ive tried to get some information and all I know is that it was made in Manchester and it is at least 40 years old. Could any one please give me an idea as to its value for insurance purposes.
It seems to be in very good condition with slight flaking to the varnish only noticable under a magnifying glass
