Google Giovanni Di Mauro and search Giovanni Di Mauro in You Tube. Watch him play bumble bees of Pasculli and Rimsky-Korsakov, arrangements of violin show pieces, Blues for DD, and more. He certainly have mastered fast fingerings, circular breathing, double tonguing, diaphragm breathing, and convincing musicality. He certainly is much more than oboe acrobat.
Who is this guy? I could not get much information about him by googling.
Notice his tone. Perfect for very high and very low notes in all dynamic range. You may not prefer this to play Bach Arias but what a perfect tone for oboe acrobatics! Fascinating oboe playing.
