Was it them or the Chinese (K.Ge.?) that managed to make a template with American styled windows included?
I have seen pictures of "American reeds" by one producer (from the Mediterranean, I think) that have no "dips" in terms of windows. Jay Light called the back "windows" because they shine the light like the tip. Some of my reeds end up looking American, but no windows and a much thinner heart.
I have just been informed that average American scrape and Philly scrape are not necessarily the same thing.....
